What Wildix’s November Upgrade Means for Your Business
Businesses run on conversations. At any given time, your business is answering calls, chats, and messages, opening and closing dozens of threads all at once. Every thread that slips is a customer left waiting or a sale that quietly walks out the door.
Wilma AI was built to solve this problem. Wilma, Wildix’s AI agent, is woven into the x-bees, x-hoppers, and Collaboration 7 platforms. She picks up every call, day or night. There’s no hold music and no phone menu involved. With the right integrations in place, she can book the appointment, log the case in your CRM, and send the confirmation before the call is over.
Upcoming Wildix Wilma Live Agent Assist Update
This November, Wildix plans to ship a major Wilma upgrade. As a Wildix partner, ATS got an early look at what’s coming. The release brings two big things: a new way to build AI agents and
Wilma Live Agent Assist. Both of these bring real-time help to your team while the conversation is still happening. Here’s what that could mean for your business.

Build Better AI Agents in Less Time
Until now, building an AI agent meant writing instructions from scratch and connecting systems by hand. According to Wildix’s partner materials, the planned November release removes the blank page entirely:
● Start with a sentence. Describe the agent to Wilma. Include details like who it answers for, what it handles, and where it transfers, and she drafts it for you. You edit from there.
● Build from a blueprint. You will have ready-made agents for specific trades and jobs. Pick one, fill in your details, and it can go live the same day.
● Ask Wilma. She’s inside the management console. Stuck building or improving an agent? Ask her. She proposes the change, then you review and apply it.
Once the release ships, a business that once needed months of specialist work could have a working AI agent on its front line in days.
Agents That Do More Than Reply
An agent that only talks is a demo. One that opens the case, books the slot, and updates the deal is a hire. The upgraded Wilma is designed to connect to your business systems (Salesforce first, with more planned), and you decide exactly what it can do:
● Tools and connectors. Look up a customer, create a case, and send an email. The agent gets only the access you grant, and sensitive actions can require human approval.
● Structured workflows. Where order matters, the order is enforced. Verify before you book, and ask before you act.
● Automations. Agents work when nobody is calling, providing daily support digests, post-call summaries, and a Monday pipeline report.
Test Before You Launch
This is the part that matters most to any business owner: you don’t bet your front desk on new technology. The planned release lets you test a draft agent in the management console, then actually call it and chat with it, before it ever touches your customer line.
Next, you can release it to a small percentage of calls, watch every decision it makes, and roll back with one click if needed. Every configuration change is recorded in an audit log, and each agent runs behind controls that limit what it can access and do.
Completing Crucial Tasks for Customers
Here’s where it gets really interesting. Live Agent Assist doesn’t talk to your customers. It’s built to complete the task the customer needs done during the call.

What’s Next
Wildix’s October 2026 partner guide lists November 2026 general availability for the new agent-building experience and Wilma Live Agent Assist. The new voice and chat agents will support x-bees and Collaboration 7. For now, Live Agent Assist is for x-bees only.
